User Big Brother 4 Is the fourth season of User Big Brother, based on the American Version of Big Brother. It was hosted by Lily, and had a total of 14 players, all entering the game in August of 2012. The game ended on the beginning of March of 2013, with Nabber being crowned as the winner of the season.

Format

Fourteen houseguests would be sequestered into a house for ten weeks, having many conflicted personalities and attitudes. At the beginning of each week, players would compete for power over the house known as the "Head of Household" (HoH). The player that becomes Head of Household would be immuned for the week, as well as responsible for all the nominations, pre- and post-veto.

The following day, the HoH would determine who they would nominate for eviction and place on the block. The next day players would participate for a special power known as the "Power of Veto" (PoV). The Power of Veto can "veto" one of the HoH's nominees from eviction, whether by the nominees themselves, one of the three players chosen by random in the drawing prior to the competition, or the HoH themselves. The PoV holder can also decide to leave the nominations the same. If the Veto is used, the HoH would have to make a nominate replacement that cannot be the PoV holder, in the case it is one of the two nominees or the three houseguests randomly selected.

At the end of the week, the nominees on the block would have their fellow houseguests vote for who they want evicted between the two of them. One by one, the Houseguests would cast their votes, and once all the votes are in, then the vote total would be revealed to the players, and the houseguests with the most votes would be sent out of the door, unable to return to the game under normal circumstances.

Once the house count gets down to nine players, all the players evicted from that point on would become part of the Jury of Six. The Jury members would be the sole voters when the final two remain in the house. During the finale, the Jury will place their votes in, and the remaining houseguest that has the majority of the votes would be crowned the winner of the season.

Notes

  • 1: Due to personal reasons, Shoey departed the house. The events of the week remained the same.
  • 2: Due to BMB mysteriously disappearing for the week, he was unable to compete in the next Head of Household competition.
  • 3: Week three was considered the "Three Times the Charm" week, in which three events would occur. The first event was a dual-Head of Household reign between Palkia and M4E.
  • 4: The second event of the special week was that one of the Head of Households would lose their position based on the Power of Veto results. Palkia earned a lower score, leaving him vulernable as a nominee replacement.
  • 5: The final event of the special week was that the Power of Veto would not be Golden, but Diamond, in which the holder could remove someone off the block and hold the decision for who they want the replacement to be. Nabber won the Diamond Power of Veto, taking himself off the block, and naming Bop as his replacement.
  • 6: Due to personal reasons, Randomguy departed the house. As a result, Smasher returned to the game after being senquestered.
  • 7: Thanks to Pandora's Box, the only players that would compete in the Power of Veto competition that week would be the Head of Household and the two nominees.
  • 8: BMB earned a "Get-out-of-jail-free" card from opening Pandora's Box, which would allow him to take himself off the block if he was about to be evicted.
  • 9: BMB tried to use his "Get-out-of-jail-free" card when he was about to be evicted, but due to a technicality, BMB was unable to use his card and was evicted.
  • 10: Since Yoshiwaker was not able to make his decision, Reversinator - the last houseguest evicted before the jury - made Yoshiwaker's decision.
  • 11: The jury would vote for who they wanted to win: Toad or Nabber.

Trivia

  • On January 22, 2013, this game broke the record for the longest-running User Big Brother game ever.
  • Even after his eviction, BMB continued to linger around the house for weeks and posted more often than even some of the remaining competitors. His actions might have directly or indirectly led to a rule in User Big Brother 5 that instructed evicted Houseguests to "not go overboard" with posting.
  • Smasher became the first player in User Big Brother history to be nominated five times in a row, a streak spanning from Week 6 to Week 9's double eviction.
