I'm sorry, but that's the stupidest sh** I've ever heard. Uniju is NOT Maria Thalia. Master Lucario
One of the most idiotic accusations ever made. Shame on you, Stooby. Henry
- Guys, I don't mean to go up against two great people, considering one is one of my Best friends, But apparently St00bs is having a bad day. So i think it would be best to just leave it for a while, until st00bs gets back up on his feet, k? :)
No, that's part of my sig. :P
Why wasn't I on his enemies list? D: - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
A 3 month ban would be normal for flaming but an infinite ban? That's too harsh and deemed questionable. Henry
It's for all he's done and gotten away with for the past 2~3 years. omg its Bahamut http://i111.photobucket.com/albums/n159/YYXJKQJ/1337yoshidb9chez-1.gif ...
But NOW you guys do this? That's like sending an 80 year old dude to prison for something he did as a kid. Henry
He also sockpuppeted a ton on the forums, and quite frankly, we're sick of him getting away with stuff. Any other user would have been perma-banned long before he was. I know Uniju is convinced that we all treat him terribly, but I think he's rather lucky that we were too lazy to get rid of him before now. - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
And yet whatever happens on the Forums, stays on the forums. Did he sockpuppet on the ACTUAL WIKI itself? The ban should only be on the Forums. Not here. Henry
This was the argument I made defending Uniju's block, I think it will help you understand, Henry (it was written shortly before Uniju was blocked):
Sometime in summer 2008, Uniju got banned from the Userpedia forums for the flaming of the moderators, and as soon as this ban ran out later that year, it was replaced with a permanent ban. Seeing that he had nothing to lose, Uniju made a sockpupped called Luigi K.,
If Yoshario had done that, he'd be banned on Userpedia, Mariowiki, AND the forums.
who was simply the first, longest lived, and most notable of a long series of sockpuppets to come, including one which spammed ChaosNinji(the one who had banned Uniju) with a private message containing a gory image. ChaosNinji would later use this as a reason for the permanent ban, even though that happened before Uniju sent the image.
See, now Uniju makes a ton of sockpuppets. Again, if Yoshario had done that, he would be banned on Userpedia, Mariowiki, AND the forums.
Notice that later, despite supposedly perma-banning him, he was allowed to return as El Intrepido Rojo.
He got banned again recently for flaming Stooby and me. So he has sockpuppeted again. Packy blocked him.
But then I saw him on chat, asking people for help with proxies.
I may be mistaken, but proxies are what Maria used to evade her bans, amirite?
Uniju has flamed more than any currently-unblocked user I have ever seen. Why the hell does he get away with it? I know, the forums and the wiki are supposed to remain seperate, but I'd be willing to bet that if anyone else sockpuppeted on the forums, he'd be banned on the wiki too. Both wikis.
How does this happen? He's a confessed sockpuppeteer who is likely going to continue. Look at it this way:
Smoke has sockpuppeted and flamed a lot on the Mariowiki and Userpedia.
Would we ban Smoke if he joined the forums? Hell yes!
Uniju has sockpuppeted and flamed a lot on the forums.
So he should be banned on the wiki.
He's a troll, no more, no less. He's a smart troll. He's not a spammer, but he is a troll- he makes no positive contributions to the wiki whatsoever, all he does is just make people angry. He has done ban-worthy things on Userpedia many, many times, with his paedophelia obsession and dedication to making others miserable.
I know I have often seemed obsessed with taking down Uniju. Do you know why? Because I see what he is. He is a troll. Nothing more than Maria or Smoke. He is a troll... just a troll that's been clever enough not to get banned yet.
Think about it.
We once tried to ban Yoshario simply because he made crappy comics. Only one or two people argued against it then. If we can justify that, then why can't we justify banning a paedophilic, flaming, sockpuppeting troll?
I know Uniju is going to read this and flame me for it :) - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
- I'd also like to note a few things in Userpedia's past.
- Alphaclaw: Flamed the hell out of people on the wiki and the forums, spammed the forums, was a pervert in chat, and got into a few edit wars. Alphaclaw was banned permanently on the forums and the wiki, for stuff that happened on the wiki, forums, and in #userpedia.
- KP Shadow: Flamed a lot of people, created spammy articles, trolled the forums, and stole sprites. He was permanently banned on the wiki, forums, and #userpedia.
- RudnickiMarioX06: He was banned infinitely on the forums and the wiki. Why was he banned? Only for trolling the Userpedia forums.
- Peachycakes 3.14: While he was never permabanned, he was at one point banned for a month. During this time, he was banned from the wiki, the forums, and #userpedia.
So, you see, Uniju's punishment was not out of the ordinary, and it was not "unfair". Uniju's been trolling Userpedia and its forums for near two years now. He constantly argues with the Sysops because he never does anything wrong, he constantly flames people over the dumbest crap, and he's sockpuppeted and trolled the forums numerous times. Let's not forget the fact that one of the sockpuppets he created on the Userpedia forums sent ChaosNinji hentai via PM — something that is in violation of Invisionfree's rules, and is completely against the law. No one ever cried or argued over the bans listed above, so Uniju should get treated no different. Sure, Uniju is nice on occasion, and can be helpful, but his negative history on Userpedia outweighs that massively. — Stooben Rooben 17:35, 21 May 2009 (UTC)
2) Yes he did; did you read me and Stooby's arguments?
3) Moogle is more of an hero.

Aaaaaaaaugh, get it through your thick skull, BHS. Uni is NOT getting unbanned no matter what. People being badass doesn't make them omnipotent and unbannable. WE make the rules, NOT YOU. --The Blue Dragon 13:27, 22 May 2009 (UTC) Btw good song. Margaritaville ftw.
...Ok, where the hell did I flame you? o_0 --The Blue Dragon 13:39, 22 May 2009 (UTC) Srsly.
That's not a flame. However, "YOU STUPID F*CKING A**HOLE" is a flame. And oddly enough, "YOU STUPID F*CKING A**HOLE" comprises around 90% of the things Uniju has said to me. - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
Thing is, Uniju doesn't say 'get it through your thick skull', he says 'you damn asshole f*cking idiot go die'. - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
I seem to recall him saying that several times. - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n In Soviet Russia, Userpedia edits YOU!
- It doesn't matter when he said it. The fact is he's not getting unbanned. End of story. — Stooben Rooben 19:52, 5 June 2009 (UTC)
BHS: http://z3.invisionfree.com/Userpedia/index.php?showtopic=1490&st=80& <------ Read what Blitz said there, I think that that is evidence enough of his flaming, and I would've thought you would've known this but you still obviously close your eyes to these things for no good reason >_> SmartyGuy11
- Oh but can't you see?! He was OBVIOUSLY just joking, anybody who ACTUALLY took that seriously is just an idiot. </BHS> Neu(c|e|t) 22:44, 13 June 2009 (UTC)
They were still flames, therefore my point stil remains valid, also, I can imagine most of the flames he did on Userpedia were lost forever along with Scribblewiki, so there probably won't be a way of retrieving them. SmartyGuy11
The argument is not wether he flamed or not, the argument was wether or not he flamed on Userpedia. Who gives a damn what he did on Scribblewiki? This is Adriels, and to my knowledge, he never flamed anyone here. The bias in your comment is so painfully obvious, SmartyGuy. --Crocodile Dippy
For God's Sake, will you stop going on about Uniju's ban?
It's not going to get anyone anywhere. It was a full staff agreement that his ban was necessary, and it had been mentioned numerous times since February of 2008. Uniju. Will. Not. Be. Unbanned. Honestly, this constant whining about his ban is starting to becoming spammy. And for future reference, what anyone did on ScribbleWiki still stands just as strong as it does now. That's the same logic as murdering someone in Texas, moving to Wyoming and saying "Haha, that doesn't apply to me here!" — Stooben Rooben 08:31, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
I'm fairly sure people do escape states to avoid getting in trouble with the law and stuffs. Honestly, tho, Uniju was unfairly banned; I mean, really, at least give him two months ban if you felt he needed it so badly. But infinitely? That's just plain retarded. It's not like he spammed the place or anything, and he hardly trolled anyone; He was just a critical user who wasn't afraid to voice the problems of Userpedia and its users, which everyone exaggerated into "UNIJU'S FLAMING ME AGAIN, WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!" to trick the gullible sysops. I will not stop until Uniju is unbanned, and if you ban me for doing so then you are all just moronic tyrants. Get used to it, my friend. --Crocodile Dippy
Yeah, because they hide from the law. And that's just your opinion. While Uni didn't spam, there were plenty of cases of him flaming/trolling people. (Yeah, before you go on about how he's 'critical', and that he never flamed, I want to point out something: Quite a few of Uni's comments start flame wars, and have on occasion resulted in him calling people 'b*stard', 'retard', and the like.) And yeah, we're gullible. We suck, we make rules too strict, we don't allow you to say whatever you want — but guess what? That's part of our job. So deal with it. And fine, if you want to continue to whine like a little kid about how Uniju's ban was 'unjustified' or whatever the hell reason you come up with next, go right ahead. Just don't expect us to budge. — Stooben Rooben 09:05, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Oh, how much proof of you guys being biased moronic tyrants did you just give me there! So delicious. 'retard' is hardly an insult, but I guess 'b*stard' can count as a flame, but it depends on the situation; I mean, we all know Uniju is well-known for uttering joke insults that aren't obviously jokes. Oh yeah, but guess what? Your job sucks. You guys are hardly authority figures, man; I've given enough reasoning to show that Uni's ban here was unjustified and that you guys overreacted and thus are terrible sysops, but you're of course going to ignore the fact that you overreacted, aren't you? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA, that was such a pathetic attempt to look all 'high and mighty'. Look, all I'm saying is that an infinite ban was totally unjustified, and that if you really felt Uni should've been banned for a long time, then you should've just banned him for a few months. It's a lot more logical and fair, considering he didn't do much wrong. --Crocodile Dippy
Okay, so you're basically saying: "The Sysops suck because they're biased against Uniju, and they should shorten his ban to, at the very most, a few months, because that would be a reasonable punishment." Right? — Stooben Rooben Shame on you, BHS. You haven't had any music references in your sig lately. :( 09:34, 14 June 2009 (UTC)
Not just biased against Uniju, but biased in general. Like take me for example! I should've been banned by now, but you guys love my arguments so much that you decided to let me stay to relieve you of your boredom (at least that was the case for Scarecrow. And just so ya know, Scarecrow, I enjoy the arguments as well). And yes, his punishment would be a lot more reasonable at just a few months. Also, this is SERIOUS BUSINESS, so music references aren't gonna happen in this argument; I'm not like Smiddle who'll say something totally inane, irrelevant, and retarded out of nowhere during a serious discussion. --Crocodile Dippy
- "KP Shadow: Flamed a lot of people, created spammy articles, trolled the forums, and stole sprites. He was permanently banned on the wiki, forums, and #userpedia."
He was banned on chat for making Toto feel extremely unsafe with the rape story he wrote her. D:
- "RudnickiMarioX06: He was banned infinitely on the forums and the wiki. Why was he banned? Only for trolling the Userpedia forums."
He joined Userpedia (Scribblewiki) many months ago and made numerous spammy edits. SmartyGuy11
If it sucks, why don't you help make it better rather than just complain about it and not tell us just what the hell you want us to do? Make a list of the things that would make it better; post it on my talk page. - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n(C)
Come on DP, just stop uper-Yoshi
First of all, the main issue are the very strict rules. This is a Wiki about... Users from another Wiki... Strict it should not be. Fun it should be. How do MAJOR restrictions make it fun? And thanks for shortening Uni's ban; My work here is done. --Crocodile Dippy
I assume you are primarily referring to the rules about humor in articles. Well, those particular rules are not too strict, I don't think, because there has been an increase in more humorous articles lately (such as the Xephyr Board article) rather than a decline. What are, in your opinion, the worst rules here? - S_ar_c__w v_n St_ub_n(C) Tell me on my user talk, not here.
Wait, he was banned?
